This followed the development of economy, enterprise management has become an increasingly important issue. China has a large number of rural surplus labor force, they come to a city to choose job, formed gradually "migrant worker" such a special group. Migrant workers for their city economic development efforts, in the whole city each building has not be belittled. But the problem is the lack of occupation skill migrant workers. So this paper to migrant workers as the research subject, research their occupation skills training in enterprise performance evaluation research.Base on the literature research, set up relevant questionnaire. The collected data will be used SPSS17.0software to do descriptive analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, then we get the conclusions as follows:On the migrant workers in enterprises occupation skill training performance influence factors, we will be divided into individual variables of job involvement, training expectations, self-efficacy, learning motivation, perception and transformation power of this six respects. Through the analysis of the data shows, the individual variables on performance of training and its dimensions have significant positive influence, namely the enterprise migrant workers individual variables will significantly promote the migrant workers occupation skill training performance.On the migrant workers in enterprises occupation skill training performance influence factors, we will organize the variables are divided into training atmosphere and training policies. Through the analysis of the data also shows, organizational variables on performance and its dimension is the same training has significant positive effect, namely the enterprise organizational variables will significantly promote migrant workers improve the occupation skill training performance.Business migrant workers in different gender、age、education and seniority in the differences of training performance.Based on the above research conclusion, our enterprises to improve the occupation skill training of migrant workers performance put forward the following countermeasures. Mainly include:enhance the current business migrant workers training participation, expectations, self-efficacy, learning motivation, perception and transformation into power. From the practical training content, training teachers, training, training time, training organization, training quality and training work for the future impact of the sever aspects of upgrading. Companies to provide staff training on attention, the government should give maximum support and help.
