Migrant worker is a unique group in the process of our economical and social transformation. The rights and interests of migrant workers are the problems the academic circle concern greatly in recent years. Female migrant workers appeared later than the male migrant workers, and in recent years the number of female migrant workers is getting bigger. But their low cultural level and lack of skills lead to their survival status and work environment worse than the male migrant workers. Professional training is a way to improve the skill level and cultural quality of female migrant workers. But how is the female peasant workers’professional training situation? We need to carry out investigation and study. Through reading the literature, questionnaire survey, case interviews and other research methods, this paper studies the supply of female migrant workers’ professional training, women migrant workers’ training demand and Xi’an city’s situation. Then we can find the existence problems of female migrant workers professional training in Xi’an, and try to put forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to improve the professional training situation in Xi’an and improve the status of women migrant workers, the participation rate of training, and their occupation competition ability, finally promote social mobility, women migrant workers reasonable to promote social fairness and harmonious society of socialism.The research of this paper mainly includes five parts:the first part outlines the background, theoretical and practical significance of the research, reviews the literature research situation about the professional training of migrant workers at home and abroad. The second part describes the important concepts in the study of female migrant workers, occupation training, points out the theoretical basis of the research of the application (the theory of social capital, cultural capital theory, human capital theory, and theory of socialization). The third part describes the present situation of professional training of female migrant workers in Xi’an, including female migrant workers’basic condition, accepting training situation, their demand and the training supply of organizations at all levels and institutions in Xi’an city.The fourth part mainly expounds the existing problems and reasons of professional training of women migrant workers in Xi’an City. The problems are:the female migrant workers receiving training proportion is low; government exists deficiency in women migrant workers training work; enterprises lack enthusiasm for women migrant workers training; training system is not perfect, training methods and training content does not adapt to the female migrant workers requirements, evaluation of training effect is not effective. The main reason causing the problems are:one is the training of environmental factors, including the related laws and regulations is not perfect, the household registration system, the influence of the traditional social sex concept; two is the training subject factor, government due to changes in management and service functions are not in place, resulting in the female migrant workers training of insufficient capital investment and training of information publicity, enterprise because of the pursuit of profit maximization and to the female migrant workers training enthusiasm is not high, women migrant workers of their own limited economic conditions, the concept of education is more conservative, training initiative is not high; the three is the training system factor, training plan making before effective training needs analysis, training content, leading to can not meet the needs of female migrant workers.The fifth part explores the thinking of the theory of solutions to Xi’an city female migrant workers occupation training and the concrete countermeasures and suggestions, specific measures include:first, the optimization of migrant workers occupation training external environment, through the deepening of the reform of household registration system, reduce the household registration center, perfect laws and regulations to implement the migrant workers and enterprises to participate in the occupation training, strict occupation qualification certificate and employment access system, breaking the traditional gender barriers, to create a good training atmosphere; second, the establishment of government led, women migrant workers, enterprises, social forces to participate in the training subject, training to improve the participation rate, which the government should play leading role, promoting the enterprise training enthusiasm, guide the female migrant workers to carry out self investment, encourage social the forces involved migrant workers training work; third, improve the training system, improve the quality of training, the choice is the main, from the training content, training methods to determine the evaluation of training effect four aspects.
