China has gained great achievement in economics and social construction since the reform and opening-up policy has begun. However, the soaring social contradictions, such as social transformation, system transition, urban-rural gap, have attracted a lot of attention as well. Most of them appear to be the group incidents.Under such circumstances, the work left for the social administration turns out to be larger. As a result, how to find the ways of strengthening and innovating social administration in order to prevent and defuse the conflicts becomes an important task. According to the theoretical and practical evidence, the establishment of an Dispute Resolution Mechanism which involves the government, market and social etc. is an important platform for resolving the social conflicts, and a vital carrier for strengthening and innovating the social administration. In the first of this article, I have explained the concepts of network governance, Diverse Resolution Mechanisms of Social Disputes, have illustrated the significance, procedure and methods of this research. In the second part, I have described the status quo of social conflicts in China, also, I have proved the feasibility of the theory of network governance as the analysis tool. In the third part, I mainly focus on the structure of the mechanism of social disputes resolution and its logical relation with the theory tool. The fourth part is involved in the theoretical framework in which I will give a full image of Nantong Multipartite mediation from the perspectives of main part, tool and mechanism of the governance. Moreover, I conclude the results and the problems.Based on the analysis above, in the fifth part I propose suggestions on the improvement of the mechanism of the social conflicts resolution. Also, my reflections on the improvement of the mechanism of cooperation, supervision, accountability and compromise, which is base on the dependence of multipartite, interaction and resources in the network governance theory.
