The ‘5+1+1’pattern of education and reform is an important measure taken bythe Ministry of Justice of P.R.C to reform the criminals, and It’s also an importantbehave to carry out “the primary criterion”. It shows powerful vitality from its birthdate. Practice has proved that the‘5+1+1’patten played a very crucial role in thecriminals’ transformation and the quality of the transformation. But it’s a shame thatthe pattern is working unsatisfactorily, there still are some deficiencies. The highcrime rate can prove that. With the prisons pay more attention to this pattern, theinvestigation about the disadvantage of the pattern and how to improve it becomedeeper and deeper.There exist some problems in the pattern‘s objective, the main object, the contentat present. This paper expounds these four questions.The first chapter overview the ‘5+1+1’patten of education and reform, mainlyincluding the following parts: Part1The definition of ‘5+1+1’patten; Part2Theconnotation of ‘5+1+1’patten; Part3The background of ‘5+1+1’patten; Part4Thedevelopment history of ‘5+1+1’patten.The second chapter talk about the objective of the‘5+1+1’patten of education,Mainly including the following parts: Part1Whether the criminals can be educated;Part2Whether the criminals should be educated; Part3The Value and significance ofthe ‘5+1+1’patten of education; Part4The writer’s advices.The third chapter talk about the content of ‘5+1+1’patten, Mainly including the following parts: Part1Ideological and political education; Part2Vocational andTechnical Education; Part3Cultural education; Part4The writer’s advices.The fourth chapter talk about the main object of ‘5+1+1’patten, Mainly includingthe following parts: Part1The current situation and problems of the policmen’steaching staff; Part2The current situation and problems of the criminals’ teachingstaff; Part3The current situation and problems of Social Teachers; Part4The writer’sadvices.The fifth chapter talk about the mode of ‘5+1+1’patten, Mainly including thefollowing parts: Part1The way of class teaching; Part2The way of large classteaching; Part3The writer’s advices.The investigation and the analysis of the above five chapters, basically displaythe problems that exists in the ‘5+1+1’patten,the writer want to give some usefulsolutions and ideas though the analysis to do some help to the ‘5+1+1’patten.
