The thesis studies the intersubjectivity-relation pattern between educator and educatee in the process of ideological and political education, including its features, composition, and realization methods, etc. This is a new pattern of relationship, with the features different from the ones of traditional patterns. The traditional patterns mainly refer to the subject-object-relation pattern, mono-subject-relation pattern, and dual-subject-relation pattern, which all have certain shortcomings. The subject-object-relation pattern ignores the subject status of educatee. The mono-subject-relation pattern ignores the subject status of educator. And the dual-subject-relation pattern however splits the integrated educational process into two independent stages, educating stage and educated stage. Educator is the subject of educating stage and educatee is the subject of educated stage. This division neglects the fact as well as the necessity that educatee, as the other subject in educating process, takes part in educational process and conducts self-education. No doubt, this division is harmful in educational practices. The intersubjectivity-relation pattern is based on the intersubjectivity relationship between educator and educatee, and regards them as an integrated subject in ideological and political educational process. Educatee, as the subject as well as the object at the same time, together with educator forms a new subject-object unity. This intersubjectivity-relation pattern conquers the shortcomings of the traditional subject-object-relation pattern, in which educatee has no subject status, and the ones of the mono-subject-relation pattern, in which educator has no subject status.
