The Study On The Countermeasures Of The Ideological And Political Education In Building New Rural Area

The fifth plenary session of the sixteenth central committee put forward to built the new socialistic rural area and propose its implementation way on October,2005.That is production development, well-off life, rural civilization, clean and tidy village and management democracy. On October24th,2007, the Report of Seventeenth Party Congress point out co-ordinate the urban and rural development and carry forward the new socialist rural construction. Agriculture, rural areas and farmers are related to the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society. This is the new requirement to our party to promote the harmonious development in rural and a major strategic decision for China’s socialist modernization in the new situation.One of the important aspects of the construction in new socialist countryside is to form a civilized mental outlook in rural area, mutual help, healthy and progressive culture. Ideological and political education as an important aspect of the new socialist countryside construction plays an important role in new rural spiritual civilization. China is a large agricultural country, the population of agricultural accounts for the majority of its population. The development of Chinese society is built on the basis of a comprehensive and integrated development of Chinese farmers. However, many problems appear with the deepening of reform and opening up, changing of the socialist economy and the affecting by the multicultural. Such as the conception of ideological and political are diluted, lack of the enthusiasm of participate in political, the moral and scientific qualities are not suit to the requirements of new rural construction, lack of sense of law and democracy. All these have had a negative impact on the construction of a new socialist countryside. This thesis based on the investigation of the farmers’ ideological and political education in Guzhen, Anhui Province. And explore the moral status quo of the farmers’ in the process of a new socialist countryside. The analysis the new regularity and enhance the awareness of the farmers’ ideological and political education. In order to protect and to improve the system, the team building and the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Also serve the construction of new socialist countryside better.The first party of the paper is the background and the research of the ideological and political education in rural areas. Also, the research methods were reviewed. The second part is the concept of the new socialist countryside construction and the ideological and political education. Particularly analysis the function of the ideological and political education, such as, assurance, education, coordination and the role of incentives. In the third part, select three towns in Guzhen, Bengbu, Anhui Province for the investigation. Using questionnaires, interviews and other methods to analysis the problems on the ideological and political education in rural areas. The forth part reviewed the content of the ideological and political education in rural areas. The countermeasures to the further strengthen the ideological and political education in rural areas is in the fifth part. And the last part is the conclusions and vision for the future.
