Study On The Farmers' Non-system Political Participation In Harmonious Countryside Construction

Reform and opening up has been more than 30 years in China the material and cultural living standards of the majority of farmers have greatly improved, but the developmental level in rural exists huge differences, the inner rural social situation is more complex. As the rural reform and opening up gradually stepped up, the harmonious development of rural society has become increasingly important. With the gradual deepening of social transformation, our farmers'violent obstruction of law enforcement, attacking government, looting and other acts of political participation of non-system frequently appear, the anomie of political participation constitutes a rural discord and social instability, which we are building a harmonious rural areas is contradictory.
