The Enlightenment Of The Construction To Our Country Folk Top Think-tank By The Council On Foreign Relations

This paper discussed issues involved in the construction strategy and the development of the folk high-rise think-tank of our country in the new times situation. Mainly uses the benchmarking case (the council on foreign relations) research and comprehensive analysis with the combination of research methods. This paper firstly made clear definition and explanation of the high-rise think-tank and its related concepts. With the reality of our country, we put forward the proposition of how to make construction of Chinese characteristic top think-tank. The author analyzed the council on foreign relations as a famous case of the top think-tank in the second part of this paper, and summarized the outstanding contributions and achi1evements in the construction and development of the top think-tank. Tally up the relevant experience and regulation, and the relevant inspiration for construction of China top think-tank.
