A Research Based On The Residential Perceptions About The Transformation Of Government Functions In Rural Tourist Sites

Along with the development of rural tourism, the perception of the residents of tourism changes; Tourism development in different stages, rural tourism government function different emphasis. Residents dispersed individuals, as their own ability is limited, can’t solve many problems with the development of tourism, so full of expectation and expectation to the government. In this context, the residents of tourism scenic spot from the angle of perception, how to properly determine the role of the government, transformation of government functions, is the main points of attention for this paper.This study Wuhan city Mulan tianchi area as the research object, by using questionnaire and interview method to collect the data, analyze the effective residents perception and the functions of the government, the relationships between rural tourism exploring of government function change direction and strategy. Analysis the following conclusions:(1) Rural tourism the function of the government in the initial stage of tourism development is mainly in the stage of growth, development is mainly standardized management, in mature stage mainly is coordinated service.(2) In the current market economy condition, rural tourism, rural farmers to the functions of the government demand undergone great changes, and call for local government function change as soon as possible, from management to guide the agricultural development service development of tourism industry shift.(3) Reasonably determine the role of the government and the division of the duty of the government to change, the function of the government, will be in the actual interest of protecting residents plays an important role, help to improve the enthusiasm of the residents of tourism development and participation, help build up the government’s authority and power.(4) Residents of rural tourism perception of government function change sides for:based on perception of government economic benefit residents economic function change, based on the social culture’perception of the residents and government function change culture based on ecological environment perception of government residents social function change.
