Critique On Money Worship In View Of Marxism

Money as a medium of exchange has been widely used in daily life,but theexcessive pursuit of money led to the prevalence of the values of money worship.It notonly brings imbalance and damage to the ecological balance and the naturalenvironment, but also severely damages to the moral law in people’s mind, whichmakes people emptiness, confusion,loss to direction.This article is based on theconcepts of currency and money worship, further it scan the values of money worshipin the historical materialism of Marx, considers the values of money worship from theperspective of history, and on the root of the money worship causes of the in-depthcritical review. First of all, this article reviews the concepts of currency and moneyworship and compares the similarities and differences between the concept oftraditional Western economics and the concept of Marxism.Secondly,the paperanalyzes the effect of the values of money worship on the relationship between humanand nature, people and people as well as individuals and themselves. Thirdly, thearticle criticizes the values of money worship in the view of Marxism.Finally, thisdissertation puts forward corresponding countermeasures beyond the values of moneyworship.This paper, from the perspective of Marx’s field of vision, has importanttheoretical and practical significance to construct the core value system of socialismwith Chinese characteristics in contemporary society.
