In recent years,with the release of "the central committee of the communist party of China onimplementing and deepening reform of Health and medical system ", multi-sitephysicians have become the hot issues. Comprehensive analysis of multi-sitephysicians present situation and development strategy, to further reinforce the medicalservice ability and to improve the medical service environment are of greatsignificance. This article is analyzed from the multi-site physician medical care theory,and then carry out the research and survey on multi-site physicians real situations, andthen put forward the countermeasures response to the problems.This study adopts literature analysis, questionnaire and interview analysis. Weselect medical staffs and patients from municipal levels of hospitals in ChangchunCity to fill out the questionnaire.SPSS13.0statistical software has been used forstatistical analysis. In addition to the surveys, the interviewees include the managersof medical institutions and the staffs of health administrative department.The results are following: Most patients have not heard of Multi-site Physiciansin Medical Care, and they believe that the "moonlighting" phenomenon is still serious;The patients with incurable diseases or serious diseases will consider the level ofmedical admissions or visibility when choosing a hospital; Most patients and medicalstaff are considering that the flowing of medical personnel is irrational; Most patientsbelieve that physicians to practice will affect the medical quality of the originalmedical institution; Most medical staff believe that physicians to practice can ease thedifficult problem of expensive medical treatment; Most of the staff believe that theincome from multi-physician practice should be separated from the income from theemployed hospital; Only a few of medical staffs express satisfaction with the currentincome; The main reason of why the medical staffs will not work in other hospitalsinclude that they don’t have the chance and they worried about their own work.
