The end of Cold War and advent of globalization has changed the International Political Economic pattern greatly. Globalization offers multinational corporations from U.S. opportunities of expanding to other regions and influencing the world. The expansion of American multinational corporations makes them obtain more influence on domestic politics in U.S. The intimate interaction between American multinational corporations and American politics has been the main characteristic of U.S. in the globalization era. With the support of American hegemony, American multinational corporations reached broader market in the world; at the same time, American foreign policy has also been influence by American multinational corporations.American multinational corporations are not only the physical basis for American Hegemony, but also a new driving force for American Hegemony in the new ear, since the functions of traditional methods such as military competitions; alliances have been decreased with the end of Cold War. In the era of globalization, the global expansion of American multinational corporations has provided important method of sustaining American Hegemony; therefore American Hegemony is willing to serve the interests of American multinational corporations. American multinational corporations are neither kind of tool for American Hegemony and under control of American government, or "super-corporations" which is a threat to sovereign. American multinational corporations have become the most important pillar for sustaining American Hegemony. Compared with Dollar system and military power, American multinational corporations play more fundamental role for keeping American Hegemony. And of course, American Hegemony is willing to provide support for American multinational corporations. The intimate relationship between American Hegemony and American multinational corporations can be called as "Community of Destiny".The concern in this relationship is, as a strong and independent actor, American multinational corporations pursue its interests globally and its motherland is only one part of its general arrangement. The global strategy of American multinational corporations is possible to be against American Hegemony. In the era of globalization, the sustainability of American Hegemony will depend on whether American government deals with the relationship with American multinational corporations properly.
