Successfully carrying out the election is not only a glorious political task, but also the voters who enjoy the right to vote can not shirk responsibility. Today, whether it is the capitalist countries, or such as China the socialist nature of the country, the election campaign occupies a pivotal position in political life. Most countries of the world in order to guarantee the democratic rights that the Constitution gives citizens, they enact the electoral law and other relevant laws to ensure the democratic nature of elections in the legal form of the electoral system. To achieve the purpose of democratic rule, there must be some principles to regulate this process of election. The second part is on the basis of the implementation status, to analyze its basic principles, the electoral process and the problems in the oversight mechanisms. The third part set forth in the second part of the problem, the basic principles of direct elections has not been fully implemented, the electoral process flawed oversight mechanisms are inadequate, and other issues, to propose specific solutions.China’s "electoral law" has gone through five major revisions since1979, which marks China’s INPC deputy electoral system has been a big step forward to democratization.
