Network Operation Of Charitable Organizations And Mechanism Research

The charity is now increasingly subject to government attention and concern, so Chinese charity should be a strong complement to the power of social security. In the rapid development of information technology modernization, Network media get great help to promote the socialization of philanthropy and to enhance public awareness of active participation in charity. Along with the emergence of the Internet, There are a variety of forms of charitable organizations in China, and Network of grass-roots type of charitable organization is one of them. Network of grass-roots type of charitable organization is a formal or informal organization which uses Internet to raise money or supplies, and then engage in the charity activities. In this paper, Network charitable organization mainly refers to people who belong to grass-roots. Not only the member of charitable organization but also people who receive help all belong to grass-roots.In the paper, the author takes "Love trip" as research case. It’s a cyber grass-roots organization in Nanjing. Since it has been founded, members of"Love trip" organization carry out charity activities for a long time, and one of these important activities is the "love student project". The author gets something about the project by using the research methods combined with participant observation, in-depth interviews and normative theoretical research, so the author can analysis the mechanism of operation of the organization deeply. The article has four parts. The first part is the introduction. It includes the significance and methods of the paper, and it also includes the interpretation of the concepts and the literature review. The second part is the most important in the paper. In this part, the author analyzes the operating mechanism of "Love trip", and understands the process of their charity activities through the "love student project". In the third part, the author uses the SWOT analysis method. This method includes four aspects. There are S (strengths), W (weaknesses), O (opportunities) and T (threats). Then the author gives some usable suggestion by using SWOT to analysis the organization. The fourth part is a summary of the article. The author summarizes all points of view in the article, and points out the disadvantages.The result indicates:we can realize all this type of organization from analyzing the "Love trip", and we all know that Network of charitable organization makes an important role in Chinese charity. In the progress of the charity project, we can see this type of organization costing less, getting high efficiency and having flexibility features. The type of organization can get external resources to carry out charity activities. It is worthy to get the support of government even the whole society. The type of organization also has some weaknesses:lack of professional talents, lack of credibility, hard to gain the legalization of the organization and so on. All of these weaknesses should be concerned and be resolved by the government and itself. In short, there are both advantages and disadvantages in the organization, so that it must foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses. It must make full use of and integrate internal and external resources too. We hope this type of organization can make the contribution to Chinese charity.
