At the same time, I interviewed the people’s Political Consultative Conference and Islamic Association. Through their contributions to the construction of Hui nationality old-age care institutions, the paper gets a solid foundation.Research suggests that the aged agency business in Nanjing has presented the large-scale development trend and orderly.But society has not been concerned the welfare of Hui nationality elderly and offers no benefits for minority elderly, the Hui nationality elderly aged agency in Nanjing exist many problem as it develops. Such as beds sharp contradiction between supply and demand, Capital operation difficulties, singleness of service type, workers gap serious and unmeeting the spiritual demand of the served elderly.In the current situation, depending on one subject to solve the Hui old man endowment problem is not realistic, we must arousing all positive factors, integrated the resources all affairs of life under the guide of local government. Islamic Association and volunteers can band together to establish an aged agency system which can be fit for different kinds of elderly. The policy of aged agency services need be constantly improved by the government which should pay more attention on the needs of minority, given appropriate preferential policies. Islamic Association played a pivotal role to fight for more rights protection. Also, the elderly must be really positive to express themselves and learn the lessons from the typical agency. We can make a happy life for the elderly.
