With the continuous deepening of the reform and rapid development of the marketeconomy, our society is currently in the process of profound transformation. New socialelements emerge, and various social contradictions and problems have become increasinglyprominent. In this process, the ruling party, the government and the intellectual graduallyrecognize the importance of building and managing social areas. In such a political, economicand cultural system, where a deep social division has already occurred, traditional forms ofsocial management could no longer meet the needs of economic and social development inthe new period. And if you continue the old social management, the social management andsocial development are bound to have a growing division, social tensions intensifyiiing, andthe social risk accumulating. The key problem we face is, how to avoid the division whichwould be broken into a huge social fault zone. In this sense, the social management in ourcountry is facing a historic challenge, and the innovation of social management system isurgently needed.In the western social and management science, the words, which fully correspond to the"social management", are still missing. And the similar words mainly consisit of the socialorder, social rules, which are unable to exactly express the meaning of social management inChinese language environment. In this sense, the meaning of Chinese social management canbe described to be far-reaching, with rich and varied content. This article takes the socialorganizations participating in social management as axis of observation and analysis, throughtheoretical and practical analysis, to find the path of Chinese social organizations in the socialmanagement.This paper draws on contemporary Chinese and foreign political science, economics,management, sociology, and other disciplines related to the latest theories and research results,and it uses the comparative study of law, case studies, systems approach.
