Prevention On The Corruption In The Field Of Construction Engineering

Construction engineering is the overall, basic and strategic business for develop the economy, improve the people’s livelihood, and enhance national power. With the rapid development of construction engineering, some contradictions and problems are gradually exposed. Especially in the rapid economic growth of the area the problem of corruption is more outstanding, and the amount involved are generally large, even huge. Since2009, our country carried out the outstanding problems in the field of construction management, search for the potential risk, highlight the investigation of corruption, in order to maintain the construction market order, ensuring the quality of the engineering. But corruption of construction engineering is still the masses to reflect intense problem. Therefore, it has the very strong practical significance to carry on systematic research, analysis of corruption causes, and find effective methods. Based on this background, the thesis focus on the corruption prevention in engineering construction.In the first chapter, from the background of the selected title proceed with, the author elaborated the writing purpose and meaning, then introduced the domestic and foreign research progress briefly, as well as writing train of thought, main contents and research methods, and the main characteristics and shortcomings are analyzed, played the role to concentrate on the main points. The second chapter introduces foreign in the aspects of basic theory, including Huntington’s modernization and corruption, Buchanan’s "search hire theory", Klitgaard,R’s "control of corruption", Transparency International’s "national integrity system". The third chapter is about the Chinese construction area corruption performance, characteristics and cause analysis of. In the fourth chapter, we draw lessons from the foreign successful experience, and combine our country to build engineering comprehensive management of the basic situation, proposed the present stage construction engineering field corruption prevention work objectives and principles, and then put forward the construction of corruption prevention countermeasure.This paper mainly from the central and local governments in the prevention of corruption on new initiatives and related theory study, the thesis discusses on the use of rational economic man theory, game theory, entrust--acting theory knowledge, summarizes the construction engineering field corruption features and manifestations, and then find out the construction engineering in the field of management system and operation mechanism of defect from outside, and prevention of construction domain corruption measures, aiming at the key preventive construction domain corruption principle, target and countermeasure. It is hope to provide refernce in preventing corruption in the construction engineering.
