Systematic Researches Based On The Prevention Of Corruption In The Field Of Construction

As a social and historical phenomenon,corruption is prevalent among allcountries in the world.It also harms the social progress and the development ofcivilization.Nowadays,anti-corruption has been a great issue among the whole humansociety.The construction field is peculiarly prone to corruption both at home andabroad,because of the huge amounts of capital investment and difficulty ofengineering supervision.Take an example of our city,the total investments ofconstruction projects has increased from￥156billion to￥183.5billion in2011-2012.And the amounts is expected to more than￥200billion in2013.How toprevent corruption or within limits effectively in the area of construction,and ensurethe projects with huge investments safe and qualified, is a burning problem that weshould solved quickly.The topic of my thesis is based on the commonproblem.Besides seriously analysing the current situation of our country’s engineeringconstruction,the author make an exhaustive research on the prevention of corruption.First of all, the author anlyses the social sources and expressions of corruption inthe field of construction,then make a descripition of the significance of researchingthe topic.Meanwhile,author defines the core content of thesis and study intensivelyaiming at the research direction and range.In the second place,the author summarizes and analyses the definition，classification，depression and causation of corruption by using approaches thatcombine theory with practice.In addition,the thesis lists a serie of examples todescribe the present situation of corruption in construction of our country.At last,the thesis proposes some coping tactics of preventing corruption inconstructions. Author realizes that it’s important to establish and improve atechnology prevention system in the field of construction.Then the thesis make anobjective analysis and appraisal of the applicability and rationality based on thesystem.Above all,the prevention of corruption in the area of construction is full ofcomplexity and enormity.It’s both a long stratagem task and systems engineering.Westill need to make great efforts to do research on improving the level of preventingcorruption and put into practice gradually.
