In the transforming progress of China’s rural society, the rural society support system is facing significant change that the system itself is social transforming and becoming the contents and process of the social transformation. The rural female participate in the rural governance reflects the typicality of rural society support. Under this kind of background, it is of important theoretical and practical significance to study social support network to female village officer, especially in the rural governance of relatively backward region. It could be safeguard the Gender equality citizenship, Promote the innovation of local government social management, prompt the gender theoretical and practical transformation from WTD to GAD. it could also help to innovate a new community governance mode which is using the citizen’s governance as central policy.By using the H County as the case, this thesis will do the empirical study about the current situation and the remained problems of social support network to the female village officer in rural governance, in order to make a better understanding of H County’s governance situation, motivate the female to participate in the rural governance, and then promote the development of basic politic of Guangxi province, Thus promote gender consciousness into the remote rural communication and growth.The main research contents of this thesis include five correlative parts, which are Introduction, Conclusion and main contents consisted by four chapters. The introduction mainly introduce reasons and important of this study, the current study situations home and abroad, study case, the main contents, methods and innovations of this study. The first chapter comprise Concepts and theoretical analysis framework. The second chapter analyzes the current situation and problems remained, that is to divided the social support network into three sub network-Core Network, Self-central Network and Social Network, and then analyze the current situation and problems of these three sub networks from the structural capital, relationship capital and intelligence capital. The third chapter is the causes analysis, that is to analyze the causes from social gender reappear and weakening of the social gender consciousness. The fourth chapter reconstructs the social support network to the female village officer in rural governance. The conclusion mainly states the deficiency of study and points out the problems which need to further study.The innovation is the vitality of this research. This thesis attempts to make innovations from the aspects as follow. The first one is innovation of study angle. Study the social capital under the method of social network analyze, it is the study hot spot to study something by using the social network analyze method, meanwhile, it is one of the forefront methods. Moreover, it is relatively new study attempt that we apply this method into management study, especially into administration study. The second one is the innovation of study object. It is a new study attempt to choose Social Support Network as the entry point to study the female village officer in rural governance, which can help to fill in the current study missing. The third one is the innovation of study method. By using the social network analyze method to analyze the social support network to female village officer from the aspects of structural capital, relationship capital and intelligence capital. The fourth is the innovation of data collection method. The methods of Informer, Interview, Questionnaire and Literature are combined used in the progress of data collection. The fifth is the ideas and views. The basic train of thought in my research is "what-why-how" which determine the structure."what " includes "the research object","theory tools" and "the status quo". Based on the3d visual analysis of The current situation, we put forward new idea "social capital of discriminatory operation"."Why", that is,the higher level analysis to the cause of fatigue of the social support network for women village officials, we proposed the "network resources value the gender preference","how", that is the will to increase social capital of inclusiveness of our research. Social capital to the humanized inner inclusive value, also is a kind of new formulation.
