Study On Rural Land Transfer And Village Governance Innovation Based On The Survey Of W Village In Gan County Of Jiangxi Province

The land circulation has brought a profound impact on the rural areas.The most remarkable one is that it has changed the income structure of farmers,caused the differentiation of rural social strata and brought a series of impacts and influences on rural governance.This paper reviews the evolution of the policy of the rural land circulation in China,and in Jiangxi W village in Ganxian as a case and takes the relation between farmers and rural governance as the standard,divides the villagers into leave home and land strata,leave home without leaving the land strata and sticks to the land strata.Different strata have different interests and political attitudes,rural governance should thoroughly investigate the status of all strata in rural areas,integrate strata interests,promote strata cooperation,innovate management system,so as to maintain rural social stability and promote the development of grassroots democracy.The engage in a part of agricultural work strata in sticks to the land strata are important groups that coordinate the interests of the class,maintain the rural political stability,and connect the country with the farmers,should be supported and developed.
