The aim is to make reasonable suggestions for the perfect development of apartments for the elderly.This study are:the needs of older apartment divided into apartments for the elderly around the needs of the environment, demand for interior design of apartments for the elderly, apartments for the elderly external demand for the facilities in three aspects. Elderly services into health care, social interaction, convenience services, according to the relevant literature, to build the research model and proposed five hypotheses. The questionnaire consists of six subscales, including the elderly health services scale, elderly social interaction scale, the life of older persons to facilitate the service scale, the demand for the surrounding environment table of apartments for the elderly, the amount of the interior design of apartments for the elderly needs table, apartments for the elderly outside facilities demand table.In this paper, methods are:the survey method to collect data, after the item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability test, the questionnaire validity and reliability evaluation. Then use the one-way ANOVA statistical analysis to test the hypothesis, the results of all five assumptions be verified. The study found that:social interaction service the elderly there are significant differences in the surroundings of the apartments for the elderly; elderly health care services with significant differences in interior design needs of the apartments for the elderly; needs of life of older persons to facilitate the service apartments for the elderly outside facilities a significant difference; elderly health care services with significant differences in interior design needs of the apartments for the elderly; life of older persons to facilitate the service apartments for the elderly outside facilities demand a significant difference. The significance of these differences is to promote the development of apartments for the elderly services, construction and development of high quality apartments for the elderly, to create an excellent pension living environment for the elderly, to avoid friction and conflict between generations in the family, and add peace and harmony and social atmosphere, to ensure the harmonious development of society.
