Research On The Responsibility Sharing Of The Main Body Of Elderly Care Service Providers For The Elderly Living Alone In Urban Areas

With the development of the trend of the aging and smaller family size,the scale of the elderly living alone is expanding.The elderly living alone in cities face more problems in material and spiritual aspects due to the lack of children and spouse to take care of them.The pension security problem of them has become a social problem that cannot be ignored.In the face of the growing and increasingly diverse needs of the elderly,the supply of old-age services should be improved to meet the demand and supply,so as to provide multi-level guarantee for the elderly living alone in cities.This paper first based on the welfare pluralism theory,put forward the urban elderly endowment service should be provided by multiple subjects,and divided into five subjects: government,market,community,social organization,and family,clear the subject responsibility boundary.At the same time,based on the collaborative governance theory,emphasize the cooperation between the subject,fully mobilize the multiple subject force together.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of the pension service supply of the elderly living alone in cities,it points out the problems existing in responsibility sharing among different providers of old-age services,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,corresponding suggestions are put forward for the existing problems.By giving play to the leading role of the government,playing the role of the market,improving the service level of the community,playing the supplementary role of social organizations,strengthening the main role of the family,and building a mechanism of responsibility sharing and cooperation among all parties,we can improve the current problem of sharing the responsibility of the main body of old-age services for the elderly living alone in cities.
