| Practice the villagers’ autonomy is a great measure based on rural reform development present situation, and also the demand of times in progress. As a core step to realize villagers’ autonomy, village affairs opening is the inherent requirement of it. Now, the village affairs opening has been nation widely carried out and made good progress. However, some trouble still exist and need more concerns. For this, This paper established a set of model of Measurement about villager satisfaction for village affairs opening, by making an evaluation on the village affairs opening from the perspective of the villager.The main contents and contributions of the research are as follows:First, based on addressing research background of the villager satisfaction Measurement for village affairs opening, this paper put forward the purpose of this study and analyzing the significance from the two levels of theory and practice.Secondly, this paper established the theoretical framework including its features, related elements, development history, etc, and analysed the connotation and mechanism of the villager satisfaction for village affairs opening through drawing on the research results of the customer satisfaction.Thirdly, through the analysis and study of Fornell’s modeling ideas and the mainstream modeling methods, we set up the Village Affairs Opening Villager Satisfaction Index Model by combining with its own characteristics of village affairs opening.Finally, putting Anhua Town of Hunan province as the research object, this paper designed the investigation questionnaire based on the variable system of the Village Affairs Opening Villager Satisfaction Index Model. So that we can collect data by field sampling, then test and fixed the Village Affairs Opening Villager Satisfaction Index Model, put forward relevant countermeasures by analyzing the empirical results. |
