A Study On Public Satisfaction Index Model For Smart Community Construction

The wisdom of the city to a new generation of information technology as the support, to achieve the sustainable development of economy, society and ecology for the vision, fully aware, pan in the Internet, general pervasive computing and application integration, and ultimately enhance the urban quality of life of residents, enhance residents a sense of security and well-being. Starting from the public point of view, on the wisdom of the community of evaluation research, the intelligence community building public satisfaction index model is constructed, and the field evaluation, and present suggestions for the planning and construction of the wisdom of the community. Specifically, the research content of this paper is shown in the following aspects:First of all, the paper starts from the research background of the intelligence community building public satisfaction evaluation, combined with the research status at home and abroad, and puts forward the purpose and significance of this study. From combing the relevant theory of connotation of the intelligence community, and the intelligence community building features, content, subject, object of service and so on of building the theoretical framework of the intelligence community building; the connotation of public satisfaction with the intelligence community construction is proposed based on the concept of customer satisfaction, analysis the intelligence community public satisfaction evaluation factors and describes the forming mechanism of the intelligence community building public satisfaction.Secondly, on the customer satisfaction index model and structural equation model analysis, from the modeling ideas and methods, and combined with the actual situation of the intelligence community building, science reasonable select intelligence community building public satisfaction of latent variables and measurable variables and on the structural relationships among the variables of the hypothesis, and construct the intelligence community building public satisfaction index model.At the end of this paper, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, the wisdom of the community as the research object, according to the established index model for the preparation of the questionnaire, through the questionnaire survey to collect data and the data analysis, and effectiveness of intelligence community building public satisfaction index model is verified, and for specific variables of the evaluation results, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the intelligence community building public satisfaction evaluation.
