The Study On The Development Strategy Of Aggregation Rural Community Of Zhucheng City

The development for rural communities of Zhucheng City is representative in the national. Since2007,208rural communities has established in the rural areas of Zhucheng City. In every central village of rural communities, a service center is established, which provides service for the farmers living in the community. Since2009, Zhucheng City Government proposed the comprehensive development of rural communities. Since2010, the practice of rural community development in Zhucheng City has been popularized in Shandong province, in order to provide much public services for the farmer。In this study, the practice of rural community in Zhucheng City is studied.We first analyzed the background of the practice of rural community in Zhucheng City and summarized its economic base and theoretical basis. Then we analyzed its main practices and effectiveness. We also discussed the influencing factors of the relocation to Center village by factor analysis method and regression analysis method. Finally, we summarizes the practice of rural community in Zhucheng,and put forward the suggestion for the next stage of development rural community in Zhucheng City and make recommendations for Shandong province.Through research, we find that the development of rural community in Zhucheng City is comprehensive, which included public service, economic development, political construction, cultural development and organization construction. The move attitude of the farmers is in proportion to their income, building construction and professional, while it it is inversely proportional to the housing, relocation expenses, age and the reliance of the land. So we put forward the suggestion as follows. Firstly, we should improve the rural social security system. Secondly, we should promote the enterprises in urban areas to rural community. Thirdly we should accelerate the development of agricultural industrialization. Fourthly, we should make stock system reform with the rural community. Fifthly, we should development modern agriculture. Sixthly, we should develop service industry in the rural community. Seventhly, we should reduce relocation costs. Eighthly, we should implement participatory development.
