Research On The Construction Of New Rural Community In Shenhou Of Luquan Development Zone

As more and more farmers put down their hoes,from the fields to the workshops,factories,and into the service industry,people's requirements for living environment,medical education and social security are also getting higher and higher.A large number of peasants flipped new houses or chose to build new ones,resulting in a large number of “hollow villages” in the countryside.In order to integrate rural resources,intensively use the land,and improve the living standards of the peasants,the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee made instructions to promote the construction of rural communities,and the whole country began to explore the path of appropriate rural community construction.Research on communities at home and abroad has been around for a long time,and research on rural communities,especially new rural communities,has not been systematic.This paper studies the meaning,construction content and research status of new rural communities by combing the literature.The construction of new rural communities is through the unified planning,unified construction,unified infrastructure support,unified provision of public services such as education and medical care,adjustment of industrial structure,construction of new rural residential mode and service management mode,and establishment of new farmers' production.Living community solves many problems in rural areas and farmers.This paper selects the new rural community construction in the Luquan Development Zone after the application,and visits the new rural community after the application,explores the problems in the construction process and the reasons behind it,and finds that after the application,the new rural community will be established through the reconstruction of the old village.At present,there are problems such as poor living environment in the community,inadequate infrastructure support,insufficient participation of community residents,backward development of community economy,and lack of community culture.Through analysis,the main reasons for these problems are the backward management of the community,the lack of farmers' awareness,and the lack of industrial support in the community.This paper uses case study method to take the construction of new rural community inLoudi,Shijiazhuang City as an example.The experience of refining its success lies in the following points: emancipating the mind,innovating and developing;innovating community governance,adhering to people-oriented;developing industry as a community building support.Through the construction of new rural communities,Loudi Village has been a nationally renowned one.Civilized communities,their successful experience in community building is worth learning from other regions.Through the reference to the successful experience of Loudi community construction and the analysis of relevant concept theories,this paper proposes suggestions for promoting the construction of new rural communities after the application,and provides suggestions for the construction of new rural communities after the application.First of all,we must pay attention to community participation.Community participation is the internal motivation of new rural community construction;we must innovate community governance methods,from community management to community autonomy and community service;we must improve the basic public service level and promote the equalization of urban and rural basic public services;Develop the industry as a source of economic support for community development and a source of sustainable development.
