All of those factors proposed objective needs, and the needs of society tothe social charitable organizations, especially non-governmental charitable organization. Thisdemand needs the official charitable organization have regularization of the services,and thescale mast be large. in accordance with the general law of the development of internationalpractices and charitable organizations,this demand is essentially calling the large-scaledevelopment of China’s non-governmental charitable organizations. China’snon-governmental charitable organizations need a healthy development of the managementcorresponding to this social demand.
