The Countermeasures Of Strengthening The Vocational Medical Colleges’ Nurse Moral Education Level

Content: Nurse moral education aiming at college students of nursing specialty is animportant part of medical ethics education, which imposes a series of moral influence onstudents, and enable them not only to follow the care and ethical principles and normsbut also to ultimately cultivate the ability and political integrity of nursing personnel. Wedesigned three sets of questionnaire for nursing moral education studying students,medical staff patients and interview outline, gave the students of8classes from3gradesin Anhui Medical College nursing specialty and medical staff and patients of fourClass-2grade-A hospitals questionnaire surveys and interviews. The results of statisticalanalysis of the SQ investigation showed that the present situation of moral education fornursing as following: higher vocational medical college nurse moral education is notperfect; hospitals put forward higher requirements for vocational colleges; patients neednurses have a good level of nurse moral education. At the same time, we put forwardthree countermeasures to strengthen the vocational medical nurse colleges moraleducation level as following: optimizing the nurse moral education curriculum;reforming the teaching mode of nurse education and making use of campus culturecarrier to achieve multi--directional nurse moral education. The countermeasures willprovide new research ideas for strengthening the vocational medical nurse colleges’moral education level and enhancing the competition ability of university students inorder to promote the building of a harmonious society. Through researching thissubject,we want to provide the reference and enlightenment for medical colleges’nursemoral education.
