Food security is a global issue. With rapid development of technology and economy inmodern society,animal products such as meat,eggs, and milk have greatly enriched thepeople’s table, but people’s sense of food does not increase. Perfection of the food safetyregulatory issues has become an important element to ensure people’s food security.In the area of food regulation, Department responsible for the supervision of food inChina many overlapping functions, very easily lead to multiple regulatory or unsupervised,this derogation from the law enforcement of food safety. Legal regulations cannot be updatedin a timely manner, making producers feel rfee to loopholes in the law, consumers give upaction. Food safety standards are complex, some standards overlap,but other importantcriteira is blank, even some inconsistent standards, making a loss. While administrativeenforcement of the new law on administrative enforcement powers of concentration, delegate,basis, procedures and deadlines, and many other aspects of a clear and speciifc provisions, buton the food industry finds conditions are needed by law enforcement of the mandatorymeasures in seirous consideration on the basis of the legal provisions.
