The Legislative Proposal About The Reuse Of Waste

As a developed industrial city, the economy of Zhejiang province is developing rapidly, and so as the environmental pollution. If Zhejiang province didn’t change the traditional develope mood which gain economic benefits at the high cost of resouces and environment, Zhejiang will roll into a bad situation that lose economic benefits and also environmental benefits. That is why circular economy come into our eyes. Circular economy is an efficient mood which hold "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" as its principles. Low consumption, low emissions and high efficiency are three basic features of circular economy, it changed the traditional economic developing mood wholely.Recycling and resuing of the waste is the best implement of the "Reuse" principle. Because of the decreasing of the amount of our resourse, the best way to carry out the circular economy is to reuse the waste. Reusing the waste can be the fastest and the most effective way to solve the problem of resourse out-running. However, in the current conduct of China and Zhejiang, the rate of reusing is extremely low which means we have far way to go to reach a satisfying circular economy situation.In this article, I would start from finding out the disadvantages of The Regulations on Promoting Circular Economy in Zhejiang Province. And then I will discuss the methods which could promot the development of the circular economy from four different aspects. At last, I will make several Legislative proposal according to The Regulations on Promoting Circular Economy in Zhejiang Province.
