Study On Contemporary China Public Morality Responsibility Absence

Along with the fast development of socialist market economy, all aspects of the societyhave changed profoundly. Immoral conducts are found everywhere and Mammonism,Hedonism and extreme Individualism also do harm to individuals. During the societydevelopment procedure, before new moral order has been successfully set up and broadlyaccepted, moral principles are in disorder and fail to discipline people. People behave withoutobeying previous rules and principles; they are confused to make moral choices and lack ofmoral responsibilities. In our daily life, behaviors that lack of moral responsibilities could beseen frequently which could lead to serious consequences. More attentions and discussionshave been given to exploring public morality responsibility problems.As for China’s reality, research on public morality responsibility absence couldaccelerate morality development of the whole socialist modernization progress. Deep thinkingon public morality responsibility realization under current socialist market economy situationis quite important. Firstly, it can significantly improve citizens’ self-awareness on moralityresponsibilities; secondly, it will enhance the construction of social morality responsibilitiesunder China’s market economy; thirdly, it will make great pushing effects on the rapiddevelopment of national economy.To solve the problem of public morality responsibilities absence, and to finally reach theharmony among people, society and the nature, this thesis will discuss on the followingaspects of the public morality. Thirdly, to analyze on modernChinese public morality issues, which covers the current situation, the reason of publicmorality responsibilities absence, and the importance of strengthen public moralityresponsibilities construction. Finally, to address the realization of China public morality responsibility, to describe the feasibility, necessity, legal validity, and the internal conditionsand external conditions, to have a further discussion on realization and corroboration of Chinapublic morality responsibility: to improve self-education of civil personal responsibilities, tobuild rules and regulations and encourage the cultures, to strengthen education, and to makefull use of guiding role of public media...
