Today, with the constant development of economy, culturehas gradually become to an element to measure a nation’snational cohesion, creativity of a nation and comprehensiveeconomic strength. With the globalization of the world economy,cultural consumption has gradually become the importantcontent of Chinese residents’ consumption. Countryside cultureis the foundation of socialist culture. It is an important partof China’s advanced culture, and it is also to improve people’squality and the civilization degree of basic engineering.Increasing the cultural consumption, cultural consumptionlevel, is to enhance the endogenous driving force of thedevelopment of the cultural construction and cultural industry.Since China’s reform and opening up, rural residents’ incomehas improved, but still insufficient effective demand of ruralresidents’ culture consumption. To improve rural residents’culture consumption awareness, guide the right cultural consumption of rural residents and update the consumption ideacould helps to raise the level of domestic consumption andimprove the quality of rural residents, promote rural cultureprosperity, coordinated and healthy development for aharmonious society.Full text is divided into five parts: The first chapter isintroduction, introduced this article research background andsignificance, research ideas and methods, etc.; The secondchapter theory of consumer culture, research provides atheoretical basis for full text; The third chapter on China’srural residents’ culture consumption, reasons are analyzed;the current situation and problems.Chapter four put forwardthe feasible suggestion for the improvement of China’s ruralresidents’ culture consumption: optimize the rural consumptionenvironment, adjust the structure of rural residents’ cultureconsumption; raising the proportion of farmers culturalconsumption, and promote rural residents’ culture consumptionform diversification; implement the policy of benefit farmersand agriculture, strengthen the rural residents’ awareness ofcultural consumption, etc. At last, make a summary for the full text.
