In order to run better charity projects,it is more and more common for government-run charity organizations to cooperate with social work organizations to run charity projects,but there are few explanations in academic circles about the relationship between the two.According to the theory of resource dependence,government-run charitable organizations have abundant government resources and administrative convenience,and social work organizations are professional in project implementation.The administrative resources of the government-run charity organizations are exactly what the social work organizations lack,and the professionalism of the social work organizations is also what the government-run charity organizations need.The two organizations can make use of each other's resource advantages to complement each other and build a good inter-organizational relationship.This paper is combined with the existing research and practice experience,to the plight of H province charity federation children project as an example,using the perspective of resource dependence theory,in the process of official charity project running,from the professional,service concept,source of funds,and the legality of the Angle respectively compare the government-run charity organizations and professional social workers in the project to run on the resource advantages and difficulties,in order to explain the feasibility and inevitability of establishing a good interactive relationship between professional social work organizations and government-run charitable organizations;and from the effect of the implementation of the charity project to get the significance of the two cooperation to do a good charity.
