The Construction Of Professional Ethics In Social Transition Period

At present, our country is in the important transition period of social economy and politic.We must focus on the establishment and improvement of the socialist moral constructionsystem, while comprehensively promoting the socialism construction with Chinesecharacteristics and adaptation of politic, economy, culture, and many other elements at thesame time, what is more, we should realize combination of “governing the country accordingto law” and “rule of virtue”. Professional ethics plays a role in the whole process, as animportant content of socialist moral construction, it can not be ignored. Under the condition ofmarket economy, strengthening the construction of professional ethics, preventing morallandslide, reducing or even eliminating the phenomenon of professional morals, are one of theimportant topics in the socialist moral construction period.This research mainly includes six parts: the first part expounds the writing background,domestic and international research status, research methods and innovation places. The second part illustrates social transition of professional ethics construction, the authordiscusses the related concepts and definitions, it analyses the social transition and therelationship between the professional ethics construction. The third part excuses the theory ofwestern values clarification, Chinese traditional theory, the related theory of Marxism onprofessional ethics construction basis. The fourth part analyzes the expression and reasons ofthe lack of professional ethics. The fifth part puts forward rationalization proposal of thesocial transition in the career morality construction, respectively from the basic perspectives,the regimes, the basic method for construction of professional ethics in social transition period.The last part is the conclusion of the thesis study and prospects.
