Study On The Psychological Service Management Of Officers And Soldiers In Grass-Roots Unit

With country’s socialist market economy structure established and reformation of political, economic and cultural, minds and behavior of officers and men in army’s roots has changed so much. To train the officers and men with excellent psychological quality is an important job. Paying close attention and study the feature and regular of the psychological service management of officers and men in army’s roots is of great importance.This article refers to the foreign related research, the use of literature research and uses comparison, statistical analysis and other research methods, first clears the principle of the psychological service management, and then analyses the relationship between the psychological service and political education. Six basic principles are pointed out here, because they are the base of psychological service.According to the status and planning of modern amry,the article points out three models:medical model, educational model and training model. Each model is the product of a particular time and circumstances, army’s roots also should find its own model.It becomes more difficult to do psychological service due to the arrival of the information age which generated significant changes. Complex psychological problems are intertwined, making the work be complex. Psychological counseling must make the theories and methods improvement and innovation due to its effect. For example, overcoming the existing lag management mode, strengthening the team construction of psychological counseling, improving the psychological counseling organization construction and evaluation mechanism, guiding the officer and man form correct psychological consultation consciousness. Encourage officers and men to engage in self-help and external help actively, can prevent the problem before it turns out. Psychological counseling is an important factor in modern military power. Psychological service management of officers and men in army’s roots will play an increasingly important role in the future.
