The Investigation And Research Of The Soul Cultivation Of Young Officers And Soldiers Of Grass-roots Units Of A New Era

The soul of revolutionary officers and soldiers of a new era is the political quality possessed by the officers and soldiers of the People’s Liberation Army of a new era.This character topped the list of “we will train the revolutionary officers and soldiers of a new era with faith,ability,courage,and integrity”.Achieving the goal of strong military,the foundation is in grassroots company,the activity is in grassroots company.This community have the biggest number of people and the most widely distribution.It is also the main force of building strong military.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the soul cultivation of the young officers and soldiers of the grass-roots units of a new era,for improving their political quality,strengthening their ideals and beliefs,resolutely listening to the Party’s command and consolidating the mental positions.By means of literature study,investigation,case study and comparative study,this paper makes an in-depth study on the related issues concerning the cultivation of the soul of young officers and soldiers of grass-roots units of a new era.This paper mainly discusses from four parts: first of all,the related concepts of the soul,the soul of the revolutionary soldier of a new era,the soul of the young officers and soldiers of the grass-roots unit of a new era,the soul cultivation,and the soul cultivation of the young officers and soldiers of the grass-roots unit of a new era are analyzed theoretically.At the same time,it combs out the standards,ways,foundations and formation mechanism of cultivating the soul of young officers and soldiers of grass-roots units of a new era.Secondly,according to the survey data obtained in the questionnaire,combined with the actual situation of visiting and discussing many grass-roots units,summarize the achievements and effects of soul cultivation.Then,further analysis of research data,combined with the actual situation of grass-roots units,in-depth analysis of the current soul cultivation work problems and the main causes of the problem.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the problems and the main causes of the problem,mainly from four aspects: deepening theoretical armed forces,inheriting red genes,adhering to post practice and enriching methods and means.These recommendations mainly to further strengthening the soul-building of young officers and soldiers and improving the effectiveness of soul cultivation.
