An Analysis Of Community Police’s Humanization Law Enforcement

With the progress of human civilization and the improvement of legal system, the people’s living standards enhances. Meantime, they require more for the quality of spiritual life. From the perspective of obeying the leadership of the party in public security organization, enforcing the law, serving the society, serving people, community police’s enforcing the aw in humanization is cognized and desired by the times. It is also the foundation of people’s happiness and harmony. The eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out:"serving the people is the fundamental purpose of the party; being people-oriented and governing for the people is the highest standard for testing all ruling activities." Correct understanding of community police’s enforcing law in humanization provides a premise condition for local police station to perform law enforcement duties, maintenance, security, and the construction of a harmonious society.This article will combine the present situation of community police’s law enforcement in humanization, and conduct a demonstration analysis on the law enforcement in humanization of the community police. From the actual situation of Dalian HeiShiJiao Street community of the ShaHeKou District street community, the thesis analyzes the present situation of law enforcement of community police by the means of investigation, visits and other forms, and constantly explores the meaning of community police’s law enforcement and the social significance it produces, to better carry out community police humane law enforcement, has played an active role in building a harmonious society.Paper adopts the literature material method, questionnaire method and other research methods. Through the survey of community people, understand the current status of community police’s law enforcement, the requirement of the people to the police’s law enforcement as well as the limitations of community police’s law enforcement in humanization, and the investigation has carried on the comprehensive analysis, grasp the current status quo and problems of law enforcement of the community police. From the reality of community police law enforcement, and put forward some proposals for community police law enforcement in humanization, and for the construction of a harmonious relationship between the people and police, and the construction of a harmonious society to provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference. Refer to a large number of domestic and foreign theories about the community police’s law enforcement, this paper summarizes the experience to adapt to the process of the status quo of the development of our country, etc., and puts forward solutions.This paper argues that:humanization law enforcement has certain problem, community police communities do not have a high level of the people familiar with the community police, their responsibility of the community police position is not accurate, specific community policing community police process is not clear, lack of necessary supervision.
