Research On The Police Enforcement Of Human Nature In China

The strategy of rule of law is throughed in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. And the 4th plenary session of 18th CPC Central Committee which theme is rule of law is held in Beijing,October2014.That meeting considered and passed an important file 《The Central Committee of the CCP about comprehensively promote the rule of law number》.This is the first time in CPC history. And it sounds the horn of promoting the rule of law comprehensively, reflects the confidence and determination of our country fully. It also highlights the importance and urgency of the rule of law strategic policy.Chinese People’s Police, as the process of building the rule of law and the implementation of the guardian, have to always safeguard the fundamental interests of the people, adhere to put their heart and soul into the purpose of serving the people and the party for the public, and rule for the job requirements. Humane law enforcement is a necessary requirement of the rule of law and the fate of the China Construction. Humane law enforcement is the dominant position of respect for the people, protect people’s rights and interests, promote the comprehensive development of the necessary requirement, and it is also the direction of the strong demand and social progress of the people’s host. This paper attempts to combine the current status of police enforcement, sort out the analysis of police humane law enforcement in order to play an active role in promoting the rule of law in China Construction, building a moderately prosperous society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.This research framework paper is divided into five parts:Chapter One:introduction section, the full text of the introduction and the General Theory.
