Study On The Administration Of Country Government According To Law In China

The county government is located in the middle part of administrative management system of our country, in the forefront of the work of the government, is the most forward position to promote administration according to law in china. The county government can do according to the law and the level of administration according to law directly determines whether our country can realize the basic strategy of building a country under the rule of law.In this paper point that county government administration according to law play an important role in our society. Through the research on the selection of a county government in Inner Mongolia, based on the questionnaire survey and other empirical, from point to surface, find out the county government administration according to law exists in the process of problems, causes, countermeasures, to improve our county government administration according to law.The thesis is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, describes the research background, significance of administration according to law, and the related research; second part is the basic theory of administrative law; the third part through the on-the-spot investigation of Inner Mongolia Tongliao Horqin Left Wing Middle Banner, combined with questionnaire feedback, the process of county government administration according to law some such legal policy relations unclear, the rule by people thought about law enforcement, law enforcement team, uneven, some good and some bad administrative supervision system imbalances are also found in the government made in accordance with the law in the process of progress at the same time. The reason is mainly because of the defects in the system of the administrative law, the legal environment has not yet formed, administrative supervision system is not perfect. The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of the development of the administration by law in western countries, from the transformation of government functions, promote and standardize administrative procedures, strengthen the judicial review, improve the four aspects of relief system for the implementation of administration according to law, building services, transparent, honest, responsible government provides beneficial reference and enlightenment. The fifth part of the article from the improvement of administrative legislation, strictly administrative law enforcement work, strengthen the administrative supervision, strengthen the legal construction of team four points, for the current outstanding problems of county government administration according to law the suggestions and countermeasures, in order to provide some reference to the county government to promote administration according to law.
