University graduates employment rights was not a uncommon opinion,how toprotect the employment of college graduates has also become a hot issue of theacademic research. In the popularization of higher education today, universitygraduates as a social elite group, but also as the vulnerable groups of society, facingall kinds of pressure.In this study, using questionnaires, interviews, literature search, conducted aquestionnaire survey for university graduates employment rights of self-protectionawareness, with a certain degree of self-protection awareness group interviews foruniversity graduates. First, according to the retrieved literature, the research interestsof self-preservation for the employment of college graduates, were grouped togetherto determine the employment of college graduates interests and self-protectionconcept of two parallel, according to the two parallel concepts, abstract theself-concept of protection of the interests of employment of college graduates.Secondly, according to the abstract concept of real life, the employment of collegegraduates in the interests of self-preservation status quo questionnaires and interviews,investigation and analysis of the data collected to identify the current universitygraduates employment rights of self-protection the problem. Finally, analyze thereasons for the collection and analysis of the employment of college graduates interestin self-protection, and learn from foreign practices and improvement strategies. In thisstudy, divided into five parts:Firstly, in this section to clarify the reason and purpose of the research topics,contents and significance of the study, and the studies specified research ideas andresearch methods.The second part is about some of the major concepts and theories ofself-protection on the employment of college graduates interests analyzed anddiscussed. First explore the interest in the concept and characteristics of theemployment of college graduates, university graduates and employment equity. Thenclear interest in the employment of college graduates. Next, analyze the concept ofself-protection. At last, we discuss the theoretical basis of the self-protection of theinterests of employment of college graduates. The third part of university graduates employment rights of self-protectionInvestigation and Analysis. First introduced the design and issuance of employment ofcollege graduates interest in self-protection awareness of the questionnaire, thequestionnaire is the use of university graduates employment rights of self-protection"awareness" of the legal awareness, sense of contract, rights awareness, sense ofintegrity and evidence awareness of the five aspects of the design of the questionnaire.Secondly, according to the collected questionnaire data analysis, concrete expressionto the employment of college graduates interest in self-protection.
