The problem that it is difficult for university graduates to obtain employment is concerned deeply. In recent years, as the university extend student enrollment, and the foundation of the system "choose the job freely and bilateral choice", the situation that university graduates obtain employment is more and more serious. In the labor market, the enterprises making use of the inequality of bilateral position hurts the legal interest of university graduate happen frequently.The implement of the Law of the PRC on Employment Contract (New Labor Contract Law for short as follows) is important to standardize the rights and duties of mutual labourer, to defend the legal rights and duties, and to establish and develop the harmonious steady labor relationship.The implement of the New Labor Contract Law provides the opportunities to university graduate as well as the challenge. On the one hand, the New Labor Contract Law more emphasizes the spirit of taking people as the foremost, and makes new formulation, which is benefit for the university graduate employment. The university graduate can protect their own rights and interests according to the law. On the other hand, the law formulates to increase the cost of employing for enterprises, to slow down recruiting the university graduates, therefore it is more difficult for university graduate to obtain jobs.This article studies the influence of promulgation and implement of the new Labor Law to the enterprises, university graduates, university employment work upon the basis of studying the S university of Sichuan graduates employment data analysis for recent four years, which mainly including the influence of the enterprises employment and manpower resource, the opportunity and challenge, the promotion to the university employment brought by the implement of the new law.This article according to the influence of the implement of the new "Labor Contract Law", proposing enterprises to fulfill its responsibilities to protect the legal rights and interests of college graduates, to develop measures to adapt to the new law development strategy, proposing the strategy that graduates change their employment concepts, paying attention to career planning, and correcting job attitude measures to improve employ ability. Putting forward related countermeasures that college graduates employment guidance, graduate employment market construction, graduates to enhance employ ability of graduates and ideological political education. Proposing the countermeasures that government to strengthen the system construction, adjustment of industrial structure, increase policy support measures to strengthen oversight and supervision. The proposal of the countermeasure aims at the promotion to the employment of university graduate, providing the guidance concept to promote the innovation development of national labor system and university graduate employment system.Especially to provide guidance to full employment for university graduates. Putting forward the recommendations and countermeasures to promote the employment of university graduates.
