Research On BRICS Cooperation Regime

In the process of the international financial crisis of2008and the post-crisis period, the emerging economies, especially the BRICs in international economic and trade and global governance have an outstanding performance. The "North strong and South weak" situation after World War II changes greatly.Although the rise of the emerging countries is not enough to overturn the current strength of the international comparison,an irreversible historical trend has become apparent.In the practice of the rise of emerging economies, they gradually became aware of the existing international political and economic order is a deep-seated obstacles that hinder its further development. But the strength of each country is insufficient to compete the Western-led international pattern. So there have been more and more cooperations between the emerging countries, the most striking one is the BRICs. In the development of the BRICs cooperation, members increase and they coordinate interests of members. At the same time,there appeared that it is difficult to coordinate between some countries. There is an urgent need to analysis BRICs coorperation specifically for the participants of the cooperation mechanism. In this way, we can provide all the necessary information to help them to identify the current international situation and the historical status. We can provide participants with beneficial strategic advice to promote cooperation between the BRICs standardized and institutionalized increasingly.In this paper, the theory of international mechanisms is the entry point and analytical framework. I combine the theoretical and empirical analysis. On the base of elaboration of the international mechanisms theory, I analyze the cooperation between the BRICs and the driving and limiting factors of the BRICs cooperation mechanisms comprehensively and explore the background and development of the BRICs cooperation mechanism to predict the path of the future development of the cooperation mechanism...
