Studies On Innovation Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement In Guangdong

Comprehensive administrative law enforcement plays an important part in the reform of administrational law’s enforcement system. It has been eight years since the pilots in Guangdong Province have obtained great achievement, but the enforcement also faces many practical problems.Some phenolmena existing in law enforcement, especially in the area of urban management, directly hinder the effectiveness of the municipal administration, such as vagueness in the authority definition, lack of necessary fund guarantee and material supplies, irrational structures of law enforcement personnel, unscientific allocation of administrative power, simplification of ideas and measures of law enforcement and so on.In order to get out of the dilemma and improve the ability of law enforcement, both the current ideas and measures must be changed. Based on an investigation of Guangdong’s comprehensive administrative law enforcement, this paper tries to give answers to these questions. Suggestions related to enforcement reform and future development of urban management system are also put forward.
