The Griddization Management: Research On Innovation Of Suzhou Hi-Tech District Social Management Mechanism

In the process of current social development, it maintained good momentum, andmixed with difficult issues such as social development unbalanced, uncoordinated,unsustainable development. Many social contradictions and social problemsconcentrated expression comes out in the30years of reform and opening up, somesocial problems will exist for a long period, some are still quite prominent, may even beintensified, which affects the social stability and development. Construction and thesocialist market economic system, therefore, meet the needs of social managementsystem, and properly handle the various social problems, social cohesion strength, keepsociety steady and orderly development, become the urgent matter.We summarized and analyzed the results of social management mechanisminnovation of local government. And we focused on griddization management withrepresentatives of the significance and innovative social management. Taking SuzhouHi-tech District as a case study, we collected the data of social management. Throughin-depth analysis of griddization management that in the past, present and even thefuture will continue for some time highlighting the plight of socisl managementresponse and rescue, we found features of Suzhou Hi-Tech District. We didn’t holdblind optimism to the griddization, but ananlyzed the deep meaning of griddizationmanagement. We focused on the problems in operation and causes, and discussedmeaning, mechanisms and institutional improvement. To make sure the griddizationmanagement will benefit for the country and society.
