The Research Of Jinjiang District Practice The Social Management Innovation

At present the harmony and stability of Chinese society is impacted by the ever-increasing social problems, intensifying conflicts and laggard governance methods. To find an administration mode which can balance the relationship between the state and the society and reinforce the stability, fairness, justice and cohesion of our society, defusing contradictions, solving problems, coordinating relationships and regularizing conducts are just the things the social administration innovation needs to do, which will present a significant challenge to the social administration and public service works of governments at all levels.Due to its central location of a western metropolis of great antiquity. Jinjiang district shares the similar stage characteristics of socioeconomic development with other inland major cities. Having a deep research in the related theories, this article will discuss the significance of social administration innovation through three reforms of administration innovation of Jinjiang district government. This article chose Jinjiang district as the research object and did in-depth investigation in street and communities for the practice of the administration innovation. Based on the investigation, theories, annual statistical data and questionnaires, this article focus on the aspects where there are the most serious conflicts, explores the ways to address the present bottleneck and use its own advantages and tries to provide theoretical and practical bases to comprehensively advance the administration innovation, so that the goal of building a harmonious society of stability and order, fairness and justice, peace and happiness will be truly achieved.The study shows, in order to achieve desired objectives, the administration innovation in local governments should take the innovation of the system mechanism as the breakthrough and operate under systematic design.
