How to protect the marine environment has become a hot topic of growing concern. Mentioned the ocean can not be separated ship. China is a big country of the ship that shipping pollution as an important part of marine pollution. So prevention of Pollution from Ships inevitably becomes more and more enthusiastic.With the development of ship transport, the utilization of the marine from people has reached an unprecedented degree and the pollution of the ship also has to pay attention to the case. Faced with the marine pollution and the obvious decrease in the quality of seawater, a large number of academic papers and academic study begin to research this aspect. Judging from the current anti-pollution legislation, the shipping antifouling legislation is undoubtedly growing the fastest areas of maritime law. The results of these studies largely promote our knowledge and understanding of relevant international conventions on marine antifouling. By observing we can know that most of these results describe the contents or the rights and obligations of the Convention and explore oil antifouling regulation. However, with the emergence of super ship, the surge in the number of vessels and increased pollution from ships, the ship antifouling no longer limited to individual types of antifouling and people’s attention are gradually towards to comprehensive antifouling. How to prevent pollution from ships becomes a new round of international missions.In conclusion, this article researches the slim of antifouling situation of garbage from vessels in the port. On the basis of analysis of the current legislative status about the management of garbage from vessels in the port, this article will put forward existing problems from current legislation of the management of garbage from vessels in the port and initial attempt to work out specific and appropriate countermeasures so that we can be more effective protection of our marine environment.
