The author from the perspective of community correction, using the dialectical method, comparative study, document retrieval, etc. Writing method, divided the paper into five chapters.The first chapter is for the introduction, this chapter first introduces the paper’s research background, significance, content and purpose, it’s from four aspects to do a simple introduction to the topic.The second Chapter is parole and community correction, from the perspective of theory analysis of the concept of parole, characteristics and properties, and tries to analysis the parole status and value in the community correction for thesis research under the dependable theory foreshadowing.The third chapter is to study the parole system from the perspective of community correction research, from the superiority, the necessity and feasibility analysis, illuminate the writing Angle and the innovations of the thesis.The fourth and fifth chapter is the emphasis and difficulties of this article, in the fourth chapter the author exploratory on parole is put forward from the Angle of community correction in the real operation process of four outstanding problems and analyzes the cause of the problem, and then in the fifth chapter the author puts forward his own specific ideas about the perfect parole system, and put forward compatibility in the social environment, legislative proposals to reform, reform of the judicial reform, etc, in order to through their own research, for the operation of the parole system in China to provide constructive reform train of thought.
