In recent years, a variety of extreme natural disasters and weatherdisasters occur frequently, growing concern for ecological zones at highrisk. High-risk nature of this ecosystem has already affected the lifeof the local residents, eventrually threaten the lives and safety of localresidents. In this paper, first proposed the concept of preventiveimmigrants. Ecological risk zones immigrant migration intentions, as wellas the immigration migration influensing factors, which is the maincontents of the preliminary study. Based on the literature review, setimmigrants ecological high-risk area in Dingxi City of Gansu Province assamples, analysis the main factors willingness to focus on immigrationmigration of empirical research. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part introduces theresearch background, significance of the text, provide some theoreticalbasis for the selection of high-risk areas later ecological; second partof the research system a literature review, in reference to definitionsconcept of preventive immigrants and recalled immigration migrationtheory and migration Empirical Study Overview; part III is study designpart, through the main variables affect the willingness of migrants buildimmigrant migration willingness of decision-making model. Overview ofquestionnaire design and survey locations in this part of the introduction;fourth part, the main part of the article, the main theoreticalassumptions presented in the first part of the decision-making modelvalidation. Using SPSS16.0software, through the T-test, F-test verifydemographic variables by further analysis, correlation analysis on thebasis of building a multiple regression model, draw the main factorsaffect the willingness of immigrants migrated as well as the directionand extent of the impact, further validate the theory put forward in the third part of the hypothesis; fifth part is the result according to theresults of empirical research; part VI;come up with the studydeficiencies and preventive immigrants follow-up of research proposalsand outlook. The main conclusions drawn are as follows:(1) Contemporary society, the implementation of the migrants is not onlyto protect the safety of residents is more important is to improve thequality of life;(2) immigrants to pay attention to the emotional, for the homeland, givefull consideration to the feelings of the land for the survival of thisera, changing "passive migration" to "active migration;(3) The multiple regression model analysis of the main factors to affectthe willingness of immigrants mainly divided into six categories:education level, migration decision-making behavior, familyincome, natrual disaster, life satisfaction, risk attitude;(4) First time in this paper, the risk attitude analysis modelincorporate immigrants will be divided into risk aversion, risk appetite, risk neutral three types. Risk attitude and willingness keep a significantcorrelation; The innovation of this paper is that: the specification for the firsttime put forward the concept of ecological zones at high risk, and proposeeffective measures--preventive immigrants, Based on the empirical research, analysis of the main factors that affect the preventive immigrants migratewillingness.
