The Research Of China’s Network Political Participation And The Development Direction

The emergence of new technology is always along with the change of the political realization,the internet technology is also like this.Since this new technology was introduced into China in1994,after nearly20years development,it has play an important role in the economy and people’s daily life, it has been and still profoundly effected our country’s democratic political development process, and it also formed a huge challenge on our democratic political system.As a late-development country,we have many immature place in economic,political and social field,the new technology which has strong energy add vitality for the development of our country. In recent years,with the development of the internet politics,as the development of e-governent,network politics and political microblog,the influence of network has been gradually into the political filed,but there are also still some obstacles.Based on a lot of related books and literature,this paper use literature analysis and case analysis to study the present situation of China’s network political participation. This paper holds that network public space which has the nature of public domain has been formed,the network democracy has formed reality with real democracy,this is the network’s democratic practice and meaning.Internet democracy still has many areas need to be improved,and due to the macro political,the social environment and commercial interests and power’s control,erosion and alienation,network political participation has anti-democratic potential,and it may make network democracy become a kind of illusion,a new control tool.But overall,the network’s democracy significance and it’s adding to the real democracy make the network democracy become a new channel of our country’s socialist democratic politics.To realize the healthy development of the network political participation,first,we need to cultivate appropriate macro environment:first,rebuild social community,ascending social trust;second,remove power worship and high-profile ideal, empowerment to the society,provide good social basis for the network political development;third,introducing market mechanism,build the free market of ideas,improve information opening extent and the degree of the freedom of speech;at last,combine self-discipline and heteronomy to make a good network environment.Then,this paper put forward the strategy to realize the healthy development of network political participation,that is on the basis of government guidance to realize network media’s self control,freedom competition of speech,and realize the social cooperation governance mode to create a new situation in China’s democratic politics.This study aims to format dialectical understanding of china’s network political, to be sure the network’s democracy significance and it’s positive role in the promoting of the real democracy,and at the same time to contain it’s anti-democratic potential,in this way,we can strengthen the function of network democracy,make the network play a batter role in china’s political development.
