Mention of opium, most people think of the First Opium War. In order to change the trade deficit, Britain imported the opium from India into China. Britain took burning of opium stocks by Lin Zexu in Humen as an excuse to start an aggressive war, forcing China to open its door for trade. However, people know little about the drug policy of Japan before and during the Anti-Japanese War.The drug policy of Japan began in1895when Japan occupied Taiwan, and ended at the end of World War II when Japan was defeated. East Asian countries including China, North Korea and the others were affected. It is far more harmful than the Opium War because of its long-time, large-scale and far-reaching effects. Chinese people suffered a lot from it. Japan damaged the Chinese state of health and weakened their Anti-Japanese consciousness in order to subjugate China and enslave the Chinese. The drug policy of Japan to China is planed and monopolistic. It related to a broad region and brought great harm to the Chinese people. The drug policy of Japan is not only immoral, but also illegal. It is a naked national crime. The Japanese government was trying so hard to cover the related matters in public. Relevant information has been consciously destroyed and the Japanese government did not give any data about the drug policy. The drug policy in addition to provide the necessary funds and supplies for the war, but also by cultivating spy agencies to obtain important information of the war. Therefore, the drug policy is an important part of the Anti-Japanese War.The report analyses the policies in various periods and formation courses of the narcotics policies, exposes the heinous plot to maintain its colonial rule, poison the Chinese people and weaken the anti-Japanese strength by means of narcotics. Japan did not only start the aggressive war in China, but has also long used narcotics as a mental weapon to weaken the will, impair self-confidence and resistance of Chinese people. The Japanese aggression of China with glaring arms together with the invisibly killing weapon of narcotics resulted in a monstrous offence to Chinese people.
